Fitness FAQ of the season
With all the holidays and stress at work I just don’t have time to exercise! How can I maintain my weight with all of the extra junk food?
I love junk food too! It's hard to say no to cakes, cookies and candy when we are STRESSED out. Try keeping a food journal and sharing it with a friend. If you plan on indulging a bit and can't fit in a long workout try two or three 10 minute workouts throughout your day. Play with the kids outdoors, take the stairs or walk around the mall. When strapped for time I rely on a workout of 1 min each pushups, 1 squats, running in place, lunges, 1 min jumping jacks (repeat two or three times)!
