Smoking cessation- We all know smoking is bad for our health but quitting often seems detrimental to the health of the people around us. Mood swings, hunger, anxiety are all symptoms that smokers experience when they try to quit. In fact, many people try quitting six times before they are successful! Many studies suggest that acupuncture may boost your success rate. This package utilizes auricular (ear acupuncture) acupuncture as well as body points to facilitate and aid in smoking cessation. In order to maximize the effectiveness we recommend 3-5 treatments per week. Package of 10 (30 min treatments)- $500

This package combine the healing properties of both acupuncture and yoga to balance the body creating overall wellness, health and vitality. 1 hour acupuncture session + 1 hour yoga session - $180
Athlete Plus - Are you a weekend warrior? Have you been playing too hard with your kids? Or are you an athlete in need of a little boost. Did you know acupuncture can speed the healing of sprains and strains in our muscles, help rid back pain, neck pain and shoulder pain? 30 min acupuncture session followed by a 30 min massage will do just the trick! Package of 5 hour long sessions - $500
Cupping: glass cups are placed on the skin through negative pressure create a suction on the body. This suction promotes the free flow of blood and Qi through the body. Stationary or sliding cups can provide relief from neck, back, and shoulder pain. Along with menstrual cramps, asthma, and digestive ailments.
Gua Sha: consists of vigorously scraping the skin with a porcelain spoon to relieve neck and back tension, stiffness, and pain.
*both cupping and gua sha can leave red marks on the skin, indicating "sha" or stagnant energy that was causing the pain and stiffness. These marks are not harmful or painful and will go away in 3-7 days.*
Electro stimulation: electrodes are placed on the needles to help ease muscular pain, paralysis, atrophy and prolapse. It became highly popularized in the 1960's and 1970's for its effectiveness in presurgical anesthesia.
Moxibustion: Artemisia Vulgaris, an herb known for its healing properties. It is rolled into a wool -like substance and may be heated directly or indirectly on the skin to treat a variety of ailments.
